Concierge Services

📌 Important Service Notes

Concierge services are available exclusively to current Elite Shine Cleaning Company clients and are offered as an add-on to an existing cleaning or organization service. All concierge requests require a written list and prepayment. Grocery costs are paid separately by the client. Elite Shine Cleaning Company is not responsible for pricing, substitutions, or item availability. Concierge services are non-refundable once completed.

Store Pickup & Delivery Only

Best for clients who prefer ordering online.

  • Pickup from one store
  • Delivery to client’s home
  • No shopping required

Essential Grocery Run

$65

Perfect for quick restocks and small shopping lists.

Includes:

  • Up to 20 grocery items
  • One store
  • Shopping, checkout, and delivery
  • Client-provided list

Does not include:

  • Large/bulk orders
  • Multiple stores
  • Specialty item hunting

Errand Support Package

For light, non-grocery errands.

Includes:

  • Up to 2 local errands
  • Post office
  • Returns
  • Drop-offs
  • Maximum 90 minutes total
