• Microwave interior

• Inside oven & refrigerator
• Inside cabinets & drawers
• Blinds & vents dusted
• Interior windows cleaned including up to 5 window tracks.

Start fresh or leave on the best note with our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Service. Designed for tenants, landlords, property managers, and homeowners, this package delivers a top-to-bottom deep clean that restores your space to a sparkling, ready-to-move condition.

Services Include:

• Whole Home Deep Clean

The home or unit must be completely emptied before the move-out cleaning so all areas can be cleaned thoroughly.

• Eco Clean Upgrade $25
• Laundry (wash/dry/fold) $25 per load
• Interior windows $10 each
• Dishes $15 per load
• Bed making/Linen changing $15 per bed (this includes pillow fluffing, smoothing sheets & light bed area tidying). 
• Oven cleaning $35-$65 (based on severity)
• Fridge cleaning $35-$45 (includes removing all items, cleaning & sanitizing shelves/drawers, and wiping door seals). 
• Window track cleaning $10 per window (light to moderate dirt) or $15-$25 per window (heavy buildup)

• Pest contamination (i.e., home with roaches (Active or Visible Infestation) $150-$350
• Smoke Residue & Odor Treatment (i.e., Tobacco / Heavy Smoke Home (Nicotine Residue) $150-$350
